On January 28, 2011 will be held the first 2011 Envirodébat in Marseille (click for the 2011 program -> program Envirodébat 2011)
The subject of this Envirodébat will be “Embodied energy, the Life CycleAnalysis”.
On this occasion, Luke Floissac, environmental consultant, teacher and researcher,at the National School of Architecture of Toulouse will present the software COCOON which compares constructive solutions in terms of technic and environment.
2 members of the team Cycleco also intervene to bring the stroke and the building and to present their CyclecoBâti tool. (LCA software for the building that takes into account the embodied energy)
A the end of the day, a roundtable discussion dealing with the limitsand difficulties of integrating the concept of embodied energy will take place.
